Gourmet's Delight, Inc. was founded in 1986 with the objective of supplying cheesecakes to restaurants, hotels and country clubs throughout the Chicagoland area. Due to the competitition we learned it was necessary to produce a high quality product. We realized we needed to use Kraft Philidelphia cream cheese along with the best toppings, flavorings and fillings. With the help of chefs and restaurant owners we were able to continually develop new flavors. In 1990 we ran our first fundraiser with the local high school. We offered the same gourmet cheesecakes that were being served to our restaurant clientle. Due to the overwhelming success and high customer interest of that first fundraiser, we realized there was a need for high quality products at a fair price. Since 1990 we have gradually stopped supplying restaurants and focused all our attention and efforts helping schools raise money. Gourmet's Delight is unique in the fundraising industry. With a highly trained staff, we sell, bake and deliver our own cheesecakes. This gives us the ability to provide you with the best service possible to insure a successful sale.
